Highland Marketing is sponsoring for the second year running the EHI awards social media category. The award ceremony, which takes place in London on 1st October, will recognise the winner for its “Best use of social media to deliver a health campaign”.

Healthcare providers have been keen to exploit the explosive growth of social media to engage with the general public. Media such as Twitter and Facebook are useful tools to seek out hard-to-reach groups and deliver information to support health campaigns.

The EHI Awards social media category seeks out the smartest operators and most successful campaigns and Highland Marketing would like to congratulate the finalists for their achievement: Diabetes.co.uk, Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands CSU, NHS Borders and NHS South East Commissioning Support Unit.

If you are considering going social, we can assist you with developing a strategy as well as managing your social media networks such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and more.

Why don’t you come and have a chat and a drink with us at the EHI Awards ceremony or alternatively you can get in touch with our CEO, Mark Venables for more information.

In the meantime, good luck to the finalists and we look forward to presenting the winner with their award.
