London, 10th October 2014 – Niche Health, a software and solutions development company specialising in providing efficiency enhancing tools to the primary healthcare industry, has selected Highland Marketing to promote the launch its unique Intelligent GP Reporting System (iGPR) in the UK.
iGPR, enables GPs to safely and securely transfer information electronically to authorised parties, such as insurance companies, when given explicit consent from their patient. It automatically redacts all non-permitted information from patient records ensuring greater confidentiality for the patients and a more streamlined process for the GP practice. The system has already been proven to reduce the time practices spend on every patient report from over an hour to less than ten minutes.
Niche Health entrusted Highland Marketing with the launch campaign, as it required an agency with expertise and thorough knowledge of the healthcare market that could translate the broad range of benefits of the product to those working in primary care within the NHS.
The key objective was to introduce and raise awareness of the new product to practice managers, clinical commissioning groups and GPs across the country. In addition, it was important to raise the profile of Niche Health, including its brand values, existing solutions, and extensive track record.
The strategy required a campaign that could be implemented within tight timelines to ensure that an integrated approach covering PR, thought leadership, website content, and collateral production was in place in time for the launch.
Guy Bridgewater, managing director of Niche Health, said: “Working with an experienced healthcare marketing and PR agency was key to our product launch as we required a team that know and understand the intricacies of the healthcare market. Plus considering the timescale and the schedule of work to complete the launch within a 12 week period, we were confident Highland Marketing could take on this challenge.
“One of the key aspects of the campaign was to ensure clarity of our messaging and this is what HM was able to advise us on. Niche Health is an organisation that prides itself on its reputation, credibility, and experience, so working with a partner who shares the same values was important to help ensure success.”
In addition to PR and marketing activity, Highland Marketing also provided Niche Health with ongoing guidance, consultancy and access to influential individuals working within healthcare.
Commenting on the appointment Mark Venables, CEO of Highland Marketing, said: “Patient confidentiality and information governance are currently serious concerns and are high on the healthcare agenda. After reviewing the iGPR software we could clearly see the potential benefits it could deliver to address these issues and therefore valued the opportunity to be a part of the national launch of the product.”
